Ms. Joanita Namutebi is a lawyer by profession with a Master’s degree in Human Rights and a passionate advocate for early childhood education. She is the founder of the Elma High Realm Foundation, an initiative dedicated to supporting orphans and underprivileged children through rights-based education and care.

With a passion for nurturing young minds, Joanita spearheads the children-centre’s strategic vision and oversees daily operations with active involvement in shaping the centre’s direction assisted by the school management and other adhoc committees set up for outreach activities. She drives decision-making on events and key appointments, ensuring a holistic and supportive environment especially for children to thrive.

Driven by her commitment to justice and child rights, she works to ensure that every child—regardless of background, race, sex—has access to quality early learning and opportunities to thrive.
